I like taking something that already exists and finding where it can grow, whether that's a brand visual, a design system, or a workflow, then building on top of it. I also just as happily start from nothing, sketching a brand out of a blank page until it has a name and a personality of its own. Either way, I'd rather move with the work than fight it.
